As we work in a sales environment, our store-based positions are made up of both a base salary (retainer) and unlimited incentives

We offer an attractive assured income. We guarantee that you won't earn less than $60k annually - this is made up of a $45k base salary, and $15k guaranteed incentives. You can then earn incentives monthly.

  • This role has a strong focus on sales - gain recognition for your sales ability by exceeding targets and KPI's
  • This is a customer facing position that allows you to use your experience and love of travel to sell holidays
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Build strong relationships with your customers to become their travel expert for life

  • Sales experience, ideally in a target-driven environment
  • A passion for travel
  • A love of customer service - help Kiwis to plan their dream holidays
  • Experience learning and working with complex computer systems
  • A real go-getter and team player who wants to bring travel to the local community
