Our Architecture team work across the service delivery lifecycle from idea through to delivery and implementation. We are responsible for developing solution designs and providing guidance to business stakeholders, delivery teams and operations.

Mōu | About you

We are looking for someone who is:

Customer focussed, with a can-do attitude

A team player, who enjoys working collaboratively

Able to engage confidently with senior leadership and other business stakeholders

Capable of zooming in and out of the detail when necessary

Committed to ongoing learning and development

The following is essential:

  • Demonstrated capability to produce Solution Designs (logical and physical levels)

The following would be an advantage:

Prior experience in a related role e.g. Architect, Technical Consultant, Senior Engineer etc.

Application, Data, Integration and Technology domain knowledge and experience.

Security knowledge and experience.

Familiarity with Cloud (SaaS, PasS, IaaS).

TOGAF certification.

Awareness of ITIL and Scaled Agile Frameworks.

Familiarity with health systems and/or enterprise solutions

However soft-skills and a willingness to learn are more important.

Waikato Hospital in Hamilton is one of New Zealand's largest tertiary, teaching hospitals with over 600 inpatient beds and 22 operating theatres.

Clinical specialities include Women's and Children Services, Cardiology / Cardiothoracic Surgery, Oncology and Haematology, Surgical services, and Mental Health and Addiction.

Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.
