About the opportunity:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven National Training Manager. This role will be specialising in the creation and facilitation of expert training packages to our internal and external stakeholders. Your role is primarily to determine the best approaches in educating our network about the Milwaukee product categories. This role will give the successful incumbent great exposure to the wider Milwaukee organisation and how it operates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a structured training program for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate, attend and deliver in-store demonstrations as required.
  • Work with the team to develop our internet based learning platform.
  • Acquire and maintain a high level of product knowledge and technical competency.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for training supporting current and future business needs.
  • Develop and deliver structured training strategies that allow Milwaukee staff to become competent trainers.

About you:

  • Ability to grow and maintain positive business relationships and collaborate with all key stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify training and development needs within the Industrial channel.
  • Experience in designing and developing training programs based on the organisations and individual's needs.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work within a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong systems capability and experience with Microsoft suite programs.
  • Diploma or certificate in training or relevant experience.
