Sales Support and Production Assistant

We are currently seeking a Production Planning and Sales Support Assistant to join the team.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the production planning and sales support process, as well as order processing and some PA work to the Managing Director.


Key Responsibilties:

  • Assisting in the planning of production schedules and monitoring the progress of production processes
  • Providing support to the sales team with the preparation of quotes, customer inquiries, and order tracking
  • Handling customer orders and processing them accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Providing administrative support to the production and sales teams as needed
  • Participating in crossfunctional team meetings to ensure effective communication between departments
  • PA support to the Managing Director
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent in business administration or related field preferred
  • 23 years of experience in a production planning, sales support, or order processing role
  • Intermediate to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with a customerfocused approach
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment
