We are currently working with an industry leader in system solutions for fibre optic communications.
This company is a part of global group and are New Zealand 's most experienced solution provider of all Air Blown Fibre ducting products and solutions.

The production team is responsible for the manufacturing of a range of products being sold into the NZ and international markets.
As the Nights Production Manager your function is to co-ordinate night shift resources to deliver against the production schedule whilst meeting the process and quality requirements.
You will do this by:
- Mentoring team members to build a productive team culture.
- Manage the warehouse staff.
- Coordinate and control worktasking.
- Lead production line startup processes.
- Assess, and train operators to improve production skills, craftmanship, efficiency and quality.
- Promote and drive compliance with quality, process and safety standards.
- Monitor plant condition and machine settings.
- Lead team toolbox meetings.
- Work closely with the engineering team and wider production teams and management to support organisation projects, initiatives and objectives.
About you:
- Min of 10 years experience in (continuous) production manufacturing environment (preferably plastics).
- Experience managing a Manufacturing production team, you bring strong leadership skills.
- Experience working night shifts.
- Have a current and clean drivers licence.
- Be hands on and target focussed.
- Have legal rights to work in NZ and dont require sponsorship.
