Our Duty Manager's hold the store together at the end of the night, keeping everything in order and ensuring our customers continue to receive the exceptional level of service they expect.

**The Role**:

- Check that the team continue to work productively and provide a high standard of customer service.
- Oversee the grocery team and help fill and face all departments.
- Respond appropriately to customer queries and requests.
- Close the store in line with standard procedures.
