We are a highly-regulated and compliant business with a focus on providing exceptional service to our VIP patrons. As a key player in the team, you will manage the on-boarding process of these esteemed customers, conducting checks and screening under our compliance framework. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough screenings of Premium and VIP patrons.
  • Processing and presenting Know Your Customer (KYC) applications and VIP upgrade applications based on completed checks
  • Providing guidance to the business in accordance to internal and external policies, always ensuring compliance.
  • Delivering outstanding service to internal stakeholders with a customer centric approach, whilst ensuring compliance.
  • Handling last-minute requests with ease and efficiency.
  • Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams, business leaders,SkyCity Financial Crime and Host Responsibility teams to achieve best results.
  • Upholding a strong commitment to following procedures while maintaining a pragmatic approach and the ability to challenge when necessary.
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Competent PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
  • Confidence in dealing with challenging situations and finding practical solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit, and motivated team.

To get you across the line:

The role is primarily based during standard business hours Monday to Friday, but due to the nature of the role and the size of the team, you may be required to rotate and cover weekends. Flexible working is an option.
