Responsibilities:

  • Project resourcing and tracking of leave across Operations teams
  • Support with recruitment administration including coordinating interviews
  • Organizing and coordinating team training and events
  • Ensuring financial data is up to date and accurate, including tracking monthly client billing and overhead budget, and following up team members for monthend financial projections
  • Coordination of Discipline performance reviews and goal tracking
  • Providing Sales reports and checking for project updates
  • Coordinating team meetings, anticipating information required and managing document preparation
  • Assisting with organizing travel for team members
  • Providing accurate and highquality administrative support to Operations teams and Discipline Leads
  • Drafting and reviewing documents
  • Assisting with the production of internal presentations for stakeholders and clients, where required
  • Streamlining and implementing administrative procedures to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance
  • Forming effective relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating across teams and Unispace studios
  • Managing key external supplier relationships
  • Contributing to the creation of a highperforming, innovative team environment
  • Coordination of resources with Discipline Leads and escalating when required

Your experience:

  • Proven experience in administrative support or coordination role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
