A little bit about the role

As Product Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the Product Management and Material Teams throughout the creation process of new products, inc.

briefing through to the management of end of product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include co-ordination and administration of information and effective communication across cross-functional teams.

This role is Full Time 40 hours a week and is based in our Christchurch Support Office reporting to the Senior Product Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in activities across different areas, including product briefings, critical path tasks, stage gate meetings, end of lifecycle management, maintenance of Kathmandu's material library, fabric and trim documentation, and general PLM system tasks.
  • Updating PLM systems
  • Providing support to PM researching competitors' products and pricing and recording key metrics.
  • Responsible for timely updates into seasonal lists
  • Support Product Managers in receiving and managing costs
  • Assisting with preparation for team presentations
  • Assisting our Materials Team on basic tasks such as fabric data maintenance and assisting in seasonal forecast analysis.

  • Demonstrate initiative to work with and without guidance.
  • Be committed and enthusiastic to a wide variety of tasks.
  • Strong attention detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Powerpoint), ideally PLM systems and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills across various mediums including verbal, written and listening.
  • Industry experience, or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong digital, and manual, filemanagement skills
