As an Industry Advocate for BCITO, you will be a respected voice for our industries and the people working in them - providing advocacy to ensure skill needs are being met and opportunities are identified.

You will be part of managing our employer engagement, building strong networks and ensuring industry satisfaction. You will be a key channel of information, which you will analyse to develop opportunities.

Most importantly, you will play a lead role in ensuring the skills we deliver today, meet the needs of the employers of tomorrow.

You will have high level relationship building, negotiation and networking skills, honed from either advocacy or key account management.

You do not necessarily need to have a background in the building and construction industry, but at least a keen interest You will be known as honest, credible and knowledgeable: you know the facts and are not afraid to share them

Influencing comes naturally and you enjoy strategic collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Your analytical skills and ability to evaluate commercial decisions based on quality information are outstanding.
