As the Clinic Manager at
Laser Clinics The Base, you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and driving the performance of your team and clinic business.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and perform skin, laser, and Skinstitut treatments
- Meet financial targets for sales, conversion, product attachment, and labour productivity
- Assess and address performance gaps in each treatment category
- Coach team members to achieve and exceed KPIs
- Manage staffing requirements to ensure optimal coverage and productivity
- Uphold our Customer Value Proposition
- Foster a culture of feedback and performance improvement
- Oversee marketing promotions and campaign execution
- Manage financial aspects including payroll, time, attendance, and invoices
- Drive operational excellence and retail disciplines
ABOUT YOU
- Formal Beauty Qualification (minimum Level 4, ideally Graduate Diploma.)
- Experience in Advanced Aesthetics, Laser, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Advanced Beauty
- Previous experience in team leadership preferred
- Proven ability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets
- Strong communication skills and a positive team culture driver
- Ability to thrive in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
- High computer literacy
