Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Sales Support Manager in leading and coaching the team responsible for managing all customercritical processes at the "Front End", including checkouts, loss prevention, and administration/cashier duties.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive customer experience and to promote customer loyalty.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
  • Contributing to the delivery of labour objectives, ensuring internal audit standards are met, and taking the lead role in Safety Hub administration.
  • Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability while managing costs.

This is a full time position working the following hours:

  • Tuesday: 09:00am 17:30pm
  • Wednesday & Thursday 10:30am 19:00pm
  • Friday: 09:00am 17:30pm
  • Saturday: 13:00pm 21:30pm

Qualifications:

Ideally you will have:

  • Proven retail experience
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Commitment to the Customer and the instore experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
