We are seeking a customer service focused analyst to join Spark's internal ICT Service Desk, where you will deliver first-class support and service to our internal users.


The purpose of this role is to provide professional and quality technical support service to all internal staff within the Spark Group, providing a single point of contact for all Spark teams for end-to-end first-level support.


The role provides initial incident management along with initial analysis and diagnosis of customer or Spark internally reported issues for specific services or products, maintaining a professional, courteous and customer service-focused attitude at all times.

You will create superior value for Spark by providing the best solutions through competence and accuracy and in a manner that delivers an outstanding service experience.

You will have a "customer first" attitude as well as being able to demonstrate the following key attributes:

  • Customer service experience where you have thrived on the challenge of resolving a variety of challenging issues
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • A wide range of experience with computers and technology
  • Feel comfortable learning new technical concepts and have the ability to explain things clearly
  • Advanced problemsolving skills
  • A positive "cando" attitude
  • Great teamwork skills
  • Microsoft 365 experience
  • Desktop support experience (Windows / macOS / Citrix)


We will provide all of the necessary training and access to the latest tools and systems to help you succeed.


This role works a 24/7 rotating shift, based in Auckland's CBD and we offer flexibility in line with Spark's flexible work principles.
