We're seeking Service Desk Analyst to join us on an initial 2 months contract, augmenting our client's project on-site in Auckland.


Working at NTT

  • Respond to escalated IT service desk tickets in the ticketing system
  • Provide 2nd level support and troubleshooting to tickets
  • Document and escalate the ticket accordingly
  • Troubleshoot Windows environments
  • Troubleshoot and clean up security and resource control groups within AD
  • Manage and create new user accounts and mailboxes
  • Follow ITIL methodologies and best practices

What will make you a good fit for the role?

  • Bachelors of IT highly desired
  • ITIL certification
  • Any experience working in a Service Desk, Field Engineer or Help Desk environment
  • Familiarity and ability to operate in a L2 capactiy across the following technologies
