The Opportunity

What will your typical week look like?

  • Manage a team of HR consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the delivery of highquality HR consulting services to our valued clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs, providing expert advice and guidance, and ensure projects are delivered to them to a high standard.
  • Manage the delivery of HR consulting services, including but not limited to, HR strategy development, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and HR process improvement.
  • Ensure that client work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and growth, and work with the senior leadership team to develop and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant legislation and best practice and ensure that the team is kept uptodate with changes in legislation and industry trends.

Let's talk about you
You are someone with.

  • Degree in HR, Business Management, Psychology, Law or a related field
  • Proven experience in leading a team of HR professionals
  • A track record of delivering high quality HR consulting services to clients would be advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in HR software and technology.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management would be advantageous
