We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Hamilton branch for the right person to now join our Laboratory Operations team in the role of Section Manager - Organics. Reporting to the Operations Manager - Hamilton, this role will be focused on planning and coordinating Section resources and delivering operational performance that consistently meets quality and turnaround time expectation whilst also promoting a great working environment for the members of the section.

This is an amazing opportunity for the right person to advance their career in laboratory management to deliver analytical services.


Our Section Managers play an important role in providing input to strategic and business planning activities in their market sector and across the company.

As a strong leader with a big picture focus you will promote and foster a culture of continuous improvement. A key focus will be achieving optimum performance against KPI's. Ideally you will have a technical background with a good understanding of a laboratory processing environment.
