The role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Process Improvement Engineer to join our awesome Operations Support team. If planning, developing, and coordinating continuous improvement initiatives and production projects sounds like your thing, this could be the job for you


You will manage continuous improvement projects end to end, for technology and equipment within our manufacturing facility from sourcing options right through to post implementation reviews.

You will manage project documentation, project reports and associated support documentation and ensure data is extracted and analysed from our systems to continually improve processes.

You will work with budgets, interact with teams across the business and externally.

You will write sound business cases, compile project plans with the view of improving production utilisation, efficiency and product quality.


You will be:

    COLLABORATOR a proactive person who enjoys building relationships and finding solutions with a positive, qualityoriented mindset.

    TECHNICAL expert an understanding and interest in generating and reviewing technical documentation including project plans and capturing and presenting technical data.

    COMMUNICATOR you will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to influence outcomes.


You have a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Process or Mechatronics), or have experience working in a compliance driven industry (cGMP or a controlled environment).

There is also the opportunity to join our DxP programme and become Green Belt certified.
