- Management experience of 2 years or more
- Proven operational and procedural knowledge
- Demonstrated ability to coach team members
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience managing a restaurant or similar business – You will be able demonstrate a successful track record
- Business acumen – ability to understand how to operate a profitable business, financial acumen with understanding of Profit vs Loss etc.
- People Leadership – experience managing successful teams and building a strong team culture
