We are looking for a dynamic Senior Propositions Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in realising this vision by developing forward-thinking propositions that meet the changing needs of our customers.

As the Senior Propositions Manager, you will work alongside the Head of Consumer Propositions in the Revenue, Brand & Marketing team. Utilising your strategic thinking, you will identify, enhance, and enable the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and innovative offerings. Your work in proposition development will increase value and engagement with our customers. You will be hands on and in the detail from strategic thinking to proposition delivery and execution.

You can expect to be across the following:

Lead the development and optimisation of Tower's Motor, Boat, Pet and Travel propositions and strategic roadmap for delivery.

Support the Head of Consumer Propositions with proposition development for Tower's other offerings including loyalty, house and contents.

Conduct and translate research, data and customer insights into a customer promise that is valuable to customers including service, communication, and product experiences, resulting in better customer and commercial outcomes.

Utilise a human centred design thinking approach to proposition creation.

Work closely with key stakeholders from across the business to ensure propositions align to brand strategy, are innovative, competitive and designed to meet Tower's regulatory obligations e.g. Product & Underwriting, Risk and Compliance, Marketing and Technology.

Clearly articulate propositions for our current and future market positions, including for partnerships.

Champion the customer for all Tower's products, ensuring they are customer-centric, and outcome led.

Leverage customer journey and customer lifecycle mapping from the Design functions including a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to optimise the customer experience.

Brief in Product, Brand, Journey and execution teams as relevant to bring propositions to life.

Lead delivery of propositions, bringing together a cross functional team to ensure successful implementation and achievement of desired business and customer outcomes.

Collaborate with the brand and marketing team to create effective go-to-market plans for new propositions.

Develop and monitor KPIs for new propositions with the use of data analytics to track product performance and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll need

To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following:

7+ years experience working in marketing and proposition roles.

Retail experience in a financial service industry (Insurance or Financial Services Industry preferred).

Experience developing and launching customer-centric propositions or products to market.

Ability to articulate a proposition clearly, concisely, and impactfully to resonate with a target segment.

Strategic and innovative thinker who is always looking for ways to improve products and propositions to stand out in the market.

Strong communication skills and experience working cross functionally to deliver projects.

Strong analytical skills to interpret customer insights, analytics and market data to inform decision making.
