Temporary Administrator

Working closely with large government organisations, we are looking for accurate and efficient administrators to join busy teams in the coming weeks.


Specifics:

  • Short term temporary assignments
  • Parttime and Fulltime options
- $25 per hour + 8% holiday pay

About the roles:

These varied positions will be a mixture of customer service and administration.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing excellent service, answering questions and queries
  • Database management and keeping systems up to date
  • Data entry and general administrative duties

About you:

With prior customer service and administration experience, you will be comfortable interacting with a range of stakeholders. You will be reliable and self-motivated.

Other key skills and attributes include:

  • High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Confident with the Microsoft suite
  • Process driven and able to meet deadlines
