Key Responsibilities:

Principal Management:

  • Act as a business conduit for the Principal, taking ownership of their expectations, objectives, and targets in the market.
  • Develop a market presence for the Principal, building strong connections with customers and industries.
  • Drive national sales development for your Principals' products, including product launches and routine product promotions.

Sales Management:
  • Understand each customer's business and identify how their needs can be met.
  • Build a reputation for reliability in all customer interactions; nurture and add value to critical relationships.
  • Manage and promote customer & principal meetings and contact.

Key Skills:
  • A relevant tertiary education or deep industry experience
  • Robust Sales experience in plastics/polymers; Previous experience in businesstobusiness sales is highly desirable.
  • A strong customer focus and ability to think innovatively to provide solutions to both customers and principal suppliers.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to drive forward multiple projects at a time.
  • An energetic personality with a strong desire to achieve.
