Te Pūriri o Te Ora Cancer and Blood Research team is part of Auckland's Regional Cancer and Blood Service based at Auckland City Hospital and is the leading provider of cancer care in the Auckland region.

Cancer and Blood Research offers people with cancer and their whānau the opportunity to participate in high quality clinical, translational and observational research, leading to improved clinical outcomes.

An exciting opportunity exists for a Quality Assurance and Feasibility Administrator to join our team.

The primary purpose of the role is to act as the first point of contact for our Industry colleagues in receipt of new commercial trail feasibility and Expression of Interest requests.

You will then work alongside clinical research professionals to determine feasibility of new trial requests and ensure that our Sponsors for new studies are responded to promptly.

This is a great role to facilitate and enable research growth in Cancer and Blood

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A demonstrable interest in cancer and blood clinical research
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of health and/or social services sectors
  • Experience in stakeholder and external relationship management
  • Recent experience with data administration in the health sector
  • Exceptional organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Initiative and be able to work autonomously while contributing to a multidisciplinary team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience in planning, implementation, reporting and evaluation processes.
  • Demonstrate alignment with Te Toka Tumai values
  • Good Clinical Practice (ICH-GCP) leader and or certification facilitator working to international standards and best practices
  • Demonstrate a good understanding and knowledge of clinical trial delivery and or cancer care.
