About the role


There's opportunity to assist the Health and Safety Manager with training, toolbox talks and Injury Management, as well as contributing to the development of processes and documents.


  • Collate and analyse safety data for reporting
  • Support the development and set up of their Safety Management System
  • Support the implementation of safety solutions.
  • Coordinate and facilitate learning sessions.
  • Support Site Managers with incident investigations.

Skills and experience

  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office.
  • An understanding of Health and Safety and a desire to grow your knowledge and experience.
  • Experience in an operational capacity is preferred.
  • Comfortable in an industrial environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail, using your initiative to problem solve.
  • Full, clean drivers licence (manual and automatic)
