  • As a Health & Safety Officer, you will provide leadership, training, advice, and guidance in relation to safety to both our staff and subcontractors. This is predominately a fieldbased role where your daily interactions with our work crews is of paramount importance. Your practical approach, experience and H&S qualifications will support your conversations across all levels of the business. Our values will drive everything that you do._

In addition to the above you will:

  • Assist Projects with the management of health and safety, including systems and programme improvements from a support perspective.
  • Assist with completion of both scheduled and unscheduled safety audits and inspections as required, including subcontractor verification and compliance requirements.
  • Proactively lead a positive safety culture through constructive safety conversations and safety leadership actions_._
  • Where appropriate undertake competent to operate training and assessments.
