Customer Service Representative

About the role


This role is primarily responsible for coordinating a timely and efficient flow of production specifications to our Production Team as well as, providing support to our clients.

This is a full-time, fixed term office-based role, managing accurate production volume specifications and post-run invoices. Your role is a key contact for our valued clients and other internal departments. The hours of work will be between 8am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday, there can be some flexibility.

Requirements:

  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time
  • Previous experience in customer facing role advantageous
  • Attention to detail and computer literacy
  • Must be a New Zealand Citizen or Resident


This is a dynamic role, with many touchpoints across the business and the industry, being flexible and accommodating are a must This position will suit someone who has previous production, logistics or customer service experience.
