The role


As the Development Manager, you will play a crucial role at Tuatahi First Fibre growing our Software Development Practice into providing superior, robust and exceptional software.

You will lead a team of talented professionals who are passionate about what they do and are committed to excellence.

Your experience of managing high-performing software development teams, coupled with your visionary leadership and passion for technology will create truly outstanding results for our customers.


Your unique contribution


Your in-depth knowledge of the Development Manager role will bring a sense of direction and purpose to inspire your team.


You will also need to be:

  • An outstanding leader who can lead, mentor and manage our software development teams to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and expertise to our development teams to cocreate and evolve quality code practices and a strong focus on robust, scalable, reliable software.
  • Continuous, inclusive process improvement, frequently seeking feedback to enhance and evolve software development practices.
  • A strong understanding of quality assurance and a strong desire to instill and inspire quality outcomes at all stages of the software development lifecycle.
  • An instinctive, natural ability to collaborate with your peers and support cocreation of ways of working and support the delivery of product goals.

Your skills and capabilities

  • Proven experience in leading software development teams, growing and evolving a practice with an unwavering focus on quality.
