The Role


This is a key leadership role, reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, where you will lead a team of technical leaders, functional specialists, developers, integration specialists, and support analysts, providing guidance and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

The main responsibilities of this role include.

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integration services to ensure seamless communication between systems.
  • Ensure services are resilient, provide maximum uptime, and have planned maintenance windows.
  • Lead a team of Team Leaders, functional specialists, developers, integration specialists, and support analysts providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Ensure best practice frameworks in place to support efficient, timely and collaborative delivery of services.

Skills and Experience
To be considered for this role will require

  • Strong and proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Extensive experience with SAP and integration services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation
  • Able to communicate with IS and wider business at all levels of organisation hierarchy
  • Can rapidly adapt and respond to changes in priorities or environment
  • Can provide considered and proactive input to operational teams and processes to help foster a culture of support and improvement.


A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field is highly regarded in this role and you will ideally have 10 years of experience in SAP management and integration services experience, preferably in manufacturing or diary.
