ABOUT THE ROLE?


As Fleet coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily activities as part of the Fleet and Distribution Services at the centralAlliance hospitals and off-site properties and area of operations, including volunteer driving services.


Key responsibilities

  • Learn all tasks required of Fleet/Distribution systems & processes.
  • Transport/changeover of vehicles during rotations. Grooming/cleaning of vehicles as required.
  • Uplift/Delivery of vehicles to/from various locations
  • Delivery/Uplift services all loans equipment
  • Coordinate and Lead Courier Services and Casual Staff Team
  • Coordinate and lead the team of Volunteer Shuttle Services.
  • Any other tasks as/when required.
  • Some travel may be required between Central Alliance sites (Palmerston North, Whanganui, Levin).
  • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and escalating complaints from clients.
  • Preparing reports and other documents relating to fleet & distribution services.

ABOUT YOU


They will also need to have excellent planning and problem-solving skills, keen attention to detail, and have a good experience in database administration or work quite regularly on excel.

A full class 1 driver's licence is a must, good driving record is ideal.
