The Integration & Delivery Northern Region team are seeking a motivated and experienced person to join the Tele-Virtual health programme?


In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tele/virtual health strategies to improve access to care, increase patient engagement, and enhance the overall patient experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop telehealth services, support, grow and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs.


To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of the current healthcare industry, as well as a background in tele/virtual health technologies and best practices.

You should be able to manage projects and teams effectively, while also being able to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Northern Region and nationally.


The role is primarily based within Counties Manukau, and will at times include hybrid working within metro Auckland and the Northern Region.

This is a full time position working Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing televirtual health strategies
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for growth
  • Designing and launching new televirtual health strategies
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs
  • Managing projects and teams effectively

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare, with a focus on telehealth
  • Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and best practices
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organization
