About the role


The Principal Advisor Leadership is responsible for the design and delivery of our Leadership and Talent and Succession strategies and supporting frameworks that enable the organisation to deliver on our strategy and enhance our culture.

This role will implement solutions that build organisational leadership capabilities, leader capability and talent development pathways for our people across the organisation, supporting new ways of working, organisational outcomes and career growth.

What we're looking for

  • 610 years of experience in an Organisational Development or Leadership role.
  • Experience in building organisational leadership capability.
  • Experience in developing and managing talent and succession strategies and plans to build capability.
  • Previous experience with development tools and frameworks.
  • Change management and project delivery experience.
  • Proven experience in facilitation and coaching with senior leaders.
  • Familiar with learning & development practice.
  • Experience in public sector operating environment.
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills.
  • Welcomes and values diversity and contributes to an inclusive working environment where differences are acknowledged and respected.
