About the Role
As the Management Assistant of St Andrews, you will be reliable, discreet, and efficient. This busy role is based in St Andrews, Dunedin.

You will be an integral part of the leadership team, providing a range of administrative, bookkeeping, and staff-related support for the facility manager.

Your tasks will be varied and will include coordinating meetings, staff training, interviews, timesheets, invoices, and recruitment needs.

Playing a vital role in our close-knit team, you will be asked to provide guidance, advice, expertise, and care to staff and management.

This position is a public-facing role and you will be in regular contact with residents and their families.

Hours:
This is a permanent part-time position working 24 hours per week, hours negotiable

About You

  • Have at least 3 years of relevant experience working in a reception / administration role
  • Have excellent computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.
