**PERMANENT PART TIME 22.5 HOURS**

Dunedin Public Libraries are seeking a Library Assistant to join the City Library team. The hours are Permanent Part Time.

City Library Assistant positions are frontline customer services roles on any City Library service desk such as Lending Services, Youth Services, Information Services, and Heritage Services. Duties include customer assistance, reader's advisory, issuing and returning library materials, shelving, admin tasks, assisting customers in the use of technology, registering new members, and cash receipting.

This first hour of every shift is dedicated to shelving.

**HOURS OF WORK: (22.5 hours per week)**
- Monday 8.30am - 1pm
- Tuesday 3.15pm - 8.15pm - with a 30min unpaid break
- Wednesday - Friday 8.30am - 1pm
