Your responsibilities:

  • Embody Our Values: Contribute to our company's values and culture by communicating effectively and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Exceed Sales Targets: Drive personal sales targets by delivering excellence in customer service and product knowledge.
  • Team Collaboration: Support and uplift your team members, contributing to the overall success of the branch.
  • Merchandising Excellence: Learn to process, clean, and merchandise jewellery and watches to the highest standards.
  • Back-of-House Operations: Execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures efficiently and accurately.

You'll be:

  • Confident & Enthusiastic: Bring a positive attitude and confidence to your role, inspiring both customers and colleagues alike.
  • Store Ambassador: Actively promote the store through engaging visual merchandising and other promotional activities.
  • Initiative & Reliability: Demonstrate initiative, strong customer service focus, and reliability in all aspects of your role.

This role will be 25.5 Hours, 4 days a week.
