Vapecloud is a specialist vape shop based in Auckland. Offering huge assortments of vape products, vaporizers and hookahs. We are seeking a **Retail Assistant Part time** to join our vibrant and welcoming team.

As a Retail Assistant at VapeCloud, you'll be an essential part of our community, helping our customers find the perfect products and providing them with expert advice and guidance. Don't worry if you don't have experience in the vape retail industry - we'll provide you with all the training you need.

If you're a friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused individual who loves vaping and wants to be part of a dynamic and supportive team, we want to hear from you.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Assuring customers get the products they are looking for, by providing product recommendation that best meet their needs
- Dealing with customers queries and issues timely and effectively
- Packing online orders on request
- Ensure the store sales and inventories all correctly accounted for
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Stocking shelves with vape products
- Keeping the store tidy and clean
- Commitment to work on weekends if required
- Additional duties when needed

**PERSONAL SKILLS NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE**:

- Active listening and communication skills
- Maintaining a helpful and polite manner and approach
- Proactive and detail oriented
- Reliable and enthusiastic
- Be computer literate, knowledge of Lightspeed (Vend) POS will be preferred.

Vape retail experience would be beneficial but not necessary as full training will be provided. We value diversity and inclusivity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.

Pay: $23.15 - $25.00 per hour
