We are looking for a Service Sales Coordinator. You will be working in our Mt.Eden office in Auckland.
About You
In this role, you will provide national support to the New Zealand Service Sales team, enabling them to increase their customer-facing time and achieve full portfolio coverage.
You will also be responsible for contractural compliance, portal management, customer and team reporting, managing customer accounts inquiries, and support of Sales initiatives and process improvements across all sales functions.
This is a permanent role and reports to the National Service Sales Manager
A typical day would include- Setting up and maintaining standard customer reporting across the NZ service portfolio, generating and supporting all regular reporting requirements for customers, and providing ad hoc /custom reports.- Provide business intelligence reporting for all sales and management team members, including customer profitability, collation of monthly forecasts, sales review preparation, and consolidation and dissemination of all reporting required for the NZ service business.- Provide needed information not readily available to the accounts receivable team, reducing the involvement of Service Account Representatives.- Assist in identifying and initiating improvements in the accounts receivable process from contract data capture and invoice generation to collections communications.- Improve and maintain systems to manage specific contractual requirements, contractual rates, price adjustments, and annual reporting/KPIs to ensure ongoing compliance.- Provide support to SARs on system training, quoting, and maintenance of files as required, including having up-to-date customer records loaded on the system.- Maintain customer-specific portals & contractor management portals including- Opening and closing of jobs in a timely manner and reconciling work orders and POs-
- Uploading and matching of invoices, uploading of EHS documents, Insurances etc.-
- Any other portal related activity, liaison with customers to ensure correct management of portal and customer compliance requirements.What you will need to be successful- Holds a Diploma/Bachelor in Business degree or equivalent.- Have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in frontline Customer Service or Sales Coordination roles.- Able to manage several accounts at once, understand customer pain points, and anticipate client needs,- Has the ability to liaise and influence all levels of stakeholders within the organization and possesses strong relationship-building skills.-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
