Fast-forward to today, we’re a Series B ($15m) global B2B SaaS business with offices in New Zealand (HQ), Australia and the UK.

**The opportunity**:
Creating a prosperous revenue stream for our NZ region. Reporting to the Partnership Lead (ANZ) you will be identifying, onboarding and nurturing existing and new partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing events that strengthen our relationships with existing and potential partners. This is a highly tactical position requiring a flexible approach and strong cross functional collaboration to execute our partnership strategy. **This role will involve attending and running virtual and in-person events / conferences / trade showsso you must be open to travel across NZ (fully expensed, of course)**

**What you’ll be doing**:

- As a SaaS Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of our partner programmes - leading, managing and enhancing partner relationships and growing our partnership ecosystem
- You’ll be fostering great relationships with new and existing partners, identifying sales leads and contributing to company sales targets
- You’ll be managing commercial partner agreements and spotting upselling opportunities
- You’ll often be attending in-person events - conferences, trade shows, customer meets etcso a willingness to travel is essential
- You’ll work closely with our Sales+CS, Marketing and global Product team to ensure the customer journey is optimised for adoption
- You’ll be utilising our cutting-edge Sales Tech, ensuring data accuracy and integrity is at the forefront of everything you do.

**Requirements**:

- Previous commercial experience as a Partnerships / Partner Manager within a customer-centric B2B SaaS environment.
- Prior demonstrable experience fostering great relationships from cold, guiding through to eventual adoption and activation.
- You must be a “do-er”... it’s essential you’re not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Tech Savviness, with great verbal and written communication skills - you must be able to articulate important messages in a concise way.
- You must be open to travel to conferences, events, tradeshows and customer meets across NZ (fully expensed).
