In this role you will dive into the world of large-scale M&A deals, joint ventures, reorganisations, and restructures, working with a diverse range of clients.
Your expertise will help shape strategies that enable businesses to thrive and flourish.You will be responsible for:
- Providing expert legal advice on complex corporate matters.
- Leading and supporting largescale M&A transactions, joint ventures, reorganisations, and restructures.
- Collaborating with clients from various industries, including startups, multinationals, banking, financials, and government agencies.
- Develop strong client relationships through effective communication and reliable legal guidance.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support client cases.
- Ensure compliance with legal frameworks and regulations.
You'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid solicitor's license.
- 3 or more years PQE, ideally in corporate law.
- Proven track record in handling largerscale transactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client liaison.
