There is a significant opportunity to grow and expand the JB Hi-Fi business in New Zealand and, over the next three years, we will be investing in improving the JB Hi-Fi New Zealand customer offer, refreshing the store network, opening new stores, and upgrading our online platform.

The Role


JB NZ is at the start of a RESET expansion program that will see it double its turnover in the next 3 to 5 years, and we are looking for a
Supply Chain Lead to join our team.

The JB NZ business is currently in a shared DC space servicing 14 locations with many more coming along rapidly.

This role will be part of our Senior Leadership Group, directly reporting to a Senior Management Team Member and is an exciting opportunity for the right person to be a key player in our growth journey.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion a "Safety First" culture
  • Ensure compliance to relevant laws, regulations, and external audit guidelines
  • Contribute to the design and execution of the Group Supply Chain strategy
  • Lead the design and delivery of market leading customer experiences
  • Recruit and retain high preforming talent
  • Drive structured engagement with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assume accountability for commercial arrangements with key partners including major freight providers
  • Ensure operational and financial targets are achieved

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Supply Chain
  • 5+ years' experience in Retail preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain desirable
