Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group manager and team managers in setting the strategic direction and priorities of the group by providing thought leadership, analysis and advice, and identifying opportunities for the group to carry out its mandate and drive system and programme improvements
  • Provide advice and expertise to senior leadership
  • Lead the development of innovative and progressive policy
- lead and influence improvements now and in the future at agency, sector and system wide levels.

  • Lead the endtoend delivery of complex work
  • Lead engagement with Crown entities and boards on a range of strategic and governance issues
  • Provide advice to the Minister for the Public Service, Crown entities and boards
  • Lead engagement and build relationships with stakeholders and other organisations
