We are looking for someone who is positive, flexible, vibrant, confident, and compassionate to work in our service.

You'll naturally be a problem solver, quick thinker and enjoy connecting with the community in line with the reintegration plan.

You'll use your non-judgemental attitude and belief to encourage clients to change and grow. You'll have the ability to easily build professional relationships with our Tangāta Whai Ora, while maintaining strong professional boundaries.

Ideally you will have the following:

  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • A Level 4 (or higher) qualification in Mental Health and Addiction
    or be working towards one.
  • Demonstrated commitment to recovery values.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
  • Should be eligible to work in New Zealand
  • It's essential that you have a Full New Zealand driving licence
  • Demonstrated commitment to the Treaty of Waitangi and culturally safe practice.
