About Role:

Provide technical support and customer service onsite to customers in the Hospitality & Catering industries.

  • Action scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs
  • Trouble shoot and diagnose faults
  • Liaise with clients and ensure a firstclass service delivery when onsite
  • Build relationships with customers
  • Supply training on care and handling of equipment to customers and service agents
  • Plan to ensure materials and correct tools are in place
  • Occasional travel may be required
