As the Senior Marketing Lead, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a new brand awareness strategy.
Key Responsibilities include:
Crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on brand awareness.
Developing an independent marketing strategy for a critical health condition, that encompasses cultural diversity/messaging and leverages platforms like Tik Tok.
Provide strategic advice and risk mitigation strategies to support the Funding and Communications Manager.What we are looking for:
A strategic and creative thinker.
You will have the ability to see the bigger picture and bring fresh, innovative ideas.
A background in marketing, communications, or related fields with proven success in strategy development and implementation.
The core focus of this role is marketing related and therefore significant experience/competence in marketing is essential.
Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
NGO experience is welcome, but we are also interested in candidates from other sectors who can bring new perspectives.
User design experience, especially those with experience working with Māori/Pacific communities, as this is a key target group.
A problem solver with the ability to identify challenges and provide effective solutions.
A passionate and hands-on person who is driven to achieve outcomes but flexible enough to adjust as required.
Your work will matter and directly contribute to improving the lives of people affected by arthritis.
