Join our Communications team as a Senior Marketing Advisor
In this role, you'll provide valuable marketing insights, lead impactful campaigns, and enhance our social media presence to achieve strategic goals. You'll monitor and optimise marketing channels, while fostering strong stakeholder connections. As a senior within the team, you'll support the team leader, contribute to team development, and foster a positive environment. You will be a skilled and experienced content creator that will work with the wider Communications team to deliver compelling social media content and marketing activities that engage and connect with a diverse range of audiences.
Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu | What you will bring

**Key requirements of the role include**:

- Experience working in a marketing, communications, or social media team in a government or corporate environment
- Extensive experience in content creation including capturing and editing video
- Experience using digital marketing campaign manager tools (eg Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads)
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Experience using website content management systems
- Understanding and appreciation of cross-cultural practices in particular; knowledge of tikanga Māori, and Pacific peoples' culture
