The Role


We are seeking a Client Relationship manager with strong experience in business development management to join our team in Wellington.


As a Client Relationship Manager, you will maintain the company's relationships with an existing client or group of clients, with this role focusing on the health and public sector.

You will develop strong relationships with the clients, connecting with key business influencers and decision-makers.

In your first few weeks in this CRM role, you can expect to:

  • Build good client relationships
  • Grow your portfolio by always seeking and identifying opportunities for further engagement
  • Actively promote our capabilities and new service/product offerings
  • Engage in a productive and focused dialogue with the customer
  • Maintain and develop the account plan with ontime and onbudget delivery, consistently looking to improve quality.
  • Experience building relationships with clients, connecting with key business influencers and decisionmakers
  • The ability to build a strong bond and ensure that the full range of products and services that Cognizant offers are well known to the customer and that opportunities for further engagement are identified and actioned
  • Experience working on a wide range of interesting projects.
