About the Role


We are seeking a highly committed and motivated Client Site Manager to be responsible for the day to day operations of a team.

The Client Site Manager will ensure revenue, EBIT, productivity, client, project and employee engagement targets are achieved through a planned management and effective leadership of our customer/s or site.


Main Duties:

  • Manage and develop team member(s) to ensure effective service delivery
  • Lead the Client Services operations at the specific client location.
  • Support with handson delivery (catering, concierge, hosting) of Client Services as and when needed
  • Support wider workplace operations for the client when requested
  • Build, maintain and develop professional and effective client relationships
  • Ensure prompt and professional service is provided to the client within KPI/SLA timeframes
  • Manage monthly performance targets and performance issues
  • Manage and Authorize site payroll within company timeframes
  • Manage FTE count on site to salary/wage budget
  • Complete all relevant financial reporting
  • Recruitment interviews, CV screen, on boarding requirements
  • Site planning in place including continuity and business plans
  • Provide trend analysis and statistical reporting monthly
  • Ensure site is compliant with Canon and our client's Health and Safety Standards

Key Requirements

  • A track record of building and leading teams
  • Proven planning and organising experience in a teambased environment
  • Experience in Hospitality, Front of House and or Guest experience preferred
  • Must have a flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills
  • Desire to deliver and exceed client's expectations
