_Andthey have said they will also hire qualified Panel Beaters or Spray Painters, who are keen to upskill and move into Motor Assessor roles._

What are they looking for?
- Obviously, you must be keen to move to Australia.
- Be industry trade qualified as a Panel Beater, or Spray Painter and have experience working in the trade.
- OR Experience as a Motor Assessor a little experience or a whole lot. (There will be roles for all levels of experience).
- Have current knowledge of the motor body repair industry.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow in your career.
- Those who want to work alongside the best professionals in the industry.
- Be passionate about delivering a high standard of customer service.
The Role:
The Assessor role in Australia, is pretty much the same as the one in NZ (Except you get paid more, work under better conditions, get exposed to a wide variety of vehicles).
- Accurately assess vehicle damage to determine costeffective repairs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with repairers, parts suppliers, and other industry bodies.
- Balance the best customer outcome, with the needs of the business.
- Provide excellent service to customers, both on the phone and in person.
- Prepare vehicle assessments in line with underwriting terms and claims protocols.
- Write accurate assessment reports, negotiate scope and costs for vehicle repairs.
- Manage rectifications in accordance with the Industry Code of Conduct.
- Work as part of a state team of assessors to problem solve any repair issues.
- Provide excellent keytokey customer repair times.
