Allied Petroleum specialises in delivering diesel fuel, 91 and 95 to a wide range of customers.

We offer bulk diesel delivery to farms, vineyards, rural contractors, civil contractors, mines, quarries, factories, transport companies, and even large ports.

We are seeking a Class 5 Driver to join our team in Gisborne driving a 5-day, day shift week, in our farm trade commercial fleet.


You must have a minimum of class 5 license with 2 years experience, and take pride in personal presentation and your equipment.

As we work in a safety-sensitive role, you will always need to be vigilant in following our standard operating procedures and adhering to our safety rules and policies.


The successful applicant would be required to undertake the following tasks on a day-to-day basis, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain communication with Fleet Operations
  • Understand and follow APL SAFED defensive driving principles
  • Ensure trucks and tankers are kept clean and tidy to set standards;
  • Follow set procedures for preshift checks, loading, driving, and unloading
  • Be able to selfmanage set delivery runs
We require our drivers to be customer focused to ensure our customers always have fuel. Full fuel industry training will be provided to the successful applicant, but previous fuel experience will be an advantage.
