Who are we looking for?


We are looking for an experienced and hardworking Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Gisborne and deliver the good work Fulton Hogan is known for.

The job

You'll be responsible for wide range of responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Processing of contract claim related invoices
  • Processing of Admin invoices
  • Lead AP initiatives/ meet monthly targets
  • Follow up all AP queries
  • Vendor maintenance
  • Reconcile statements for all vendors
  • Journal processing in JDE
  • Booking travel
  • Process internal sales monthly
  • New Customer set up
  • Back up for Reception
  • Provide assistance to the Regional Finance team as requested by the Finance Manager
What we need from you

You will be working alongside an experienced and supportive team in an environment that is both rewarding and enjoyable.

You will have a great work ethic, strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate easily with the public and be dependable with great time management.

- At least 3 years' experience working in Accounts Payable- Customer service experience both in person and over the phone- Be a team player with a can-do attitude- Current driver's license- Microsoft suite proficient- Have a strong customer focus- Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal- Be self-motivated & driven to succeed
