Our Client

The Role

Reporting to the Insurance Team Manager, you will provide experienced insurance advice to clients and develop strong relationships to fully understand their requirements. You will use your robust knowledge of the insurance industry to discover clients' needs, conduct research and analysis, provide recommendations and ensure servicing of clients and claims management.

To be successful you will have:

  • experience in a similar role, ideally in a financial services environment
- an understanding of a broad range of personal insurance products
- have the level 5 in financial services qualification specialising in risk advice
- a customer centric approach and excellent key account management skills
- exceptional planning and organisation skills and have strong attention to detail
- a strong ability to prioritise, meet tight deadlines and work autonomously in a fast paced environment
- the highest degree of confidentiality and discretion
- excellent written and verbal communication skills


This is a full-time permanent position, with an attractive base and bonus incentive package and TMx offer a mature hybrid working environment.

You will need to be NZQA Level 5 in Financial Services qualified.
