Hard Landscaping Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Execute the installation of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures
  • Operate and maintain a variety of construction equipment and tools
  • Prepare and level surfaces, ensuring proper drainage and structural integrity
  • Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to bring plans to fruition
  • Install and work with a variety of materials, including concrete, stone, pavers, and wood
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within specified quality standards
  • Conduct site assessments and provide input on project feasibility
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all phases of construction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in hard landscaping or a related field
  • Proficiency in using a range of hand and power tools
  • Knowledge of hardscape materials and construction techniques
  • Ability to interpret landscape plans and project specifications
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Physical fitness for tasks involving lifting, digging, and prolonged outdoor work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Valid driver's license
